This policy explains how GK Massage uses the personal details you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you send a booking request or question, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, postcode, phone number if you give one, your preferred dates and times, and anything you write in the notes box.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to you, arrange and confirm your appointment, and check that we cover your area. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing.
Health information you share at your consultation is kept confidential and used only to make sure your massage is safe and suitable for you.
How long we keep it
Requests are stored securely on our website and in our email. We keep them only as long as we need to for your bookings, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal details we hold about you. To do this, send us a message through the enquiry form on our homepage.
