The 60 minute full body massage
A full hour of hands-on massage is enough time to work through the back, shoulders, neck, arms and legs at a relaxed pace. It is a great choice if:
- It is your first massage, or your first with us.
- You book regularly and want a top-up between longer treatments.
- You are fitting your massage around a busy day.

The 90 minute deluxe full body massage
Our signature treatment gives you an extra 30 minutes. That means more time on the areas that need it most, without rushing anywhere else, and a slower pace that many people find even more relaxing. It is worth choosing if:
- You carry a lot of tension in a particular area, such as your shoulders or lower back.
- It has been a long time since your last massage.
- You want a proper treat, with plenty of time to fully switch off.
